I called Expert Tree Service based on the reviews they received from Angie’s list customers. They were prompt about everything. They came out and gave me a written estimate which was reasonable. I scheduled a date for them to cut down 2 trees. Everything went well and they will be back in the Spring to grind out the stumps. Very professional and well done.

We had Expert Tree Service come out to our home and cut done approximately 60 tall pine trees. They stacked the logs as they said they would and cleaned up very nicely. Recently, we had them come back out and remove 5 tall pines from our front yard and do some additional stump grinding. When they left, you couldn’t even tell they had been in the yard. The yard was much cleaner than it was prior to them coming out. Finally a company that follows up and does what they say they will do. Will highly recommend them. Thanks Expert Tree Service

My call was returned immediately and fair estimate provided within a day or two. Work was done as scheduled, all trimmed wood was removed, and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the area. Highly recommended.

A large limb from the neighbor’s maple tree fell on my fence, car and house in a snowstorm. Tony provided an estimate within a day of being called and performed the work within a week, right after Thanksgiving weekend. The cleanup was very thorough, and Tony said if there was anything left behind that was covered by snow, to just call him in the spring. They would come back for another cleanup at no charge. He even cut up the large chunks of wood for the neighbor to keep for firewood and stacked them neatly in their yard. I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent service and pricing I received from Expert Tree Service. Expert Tree Service, a family business, was a pleasure to work with. Tony came to give us an estimate the same day we called. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward. The estimate was very reasonable given the large amount of work to be done (and he added a 10% Angie’s list discount). Their work was absolutely top-notch. Tony and his team were extremely professional, methodical, and their attention to detail was excellent. Our trees had never been professionally trimmed, so there was a lot of work to be done. I was impressed that they raked up and carried all branches, twigs, and other debris up to the curb–which was a bit of a hike on our large yard. And there was a LOT of debris. They did not drive any vehicles on the lawn.

After a great job and a full day of work, they left the yard and street in front of the house looking better than when they arrived. I strongly recommend Tony and his team! We’ll have them back next year to complete the trees we did not have trimmed this year.

We had two trees marked for Dutch Elm disease. I called for an estimate and Tony arrived that afternoon. Of the three companies that bid the job, they were the lowest. The first tree had 3 trunks, all tangled in overhead lines, and was next to a fence. The second tree had grown into an old wire fence and was next to the neighbor’s garage. The third tree had a very large branch that had broken and landed in the tree beside it. When they arrived, I also asked them to trim up a fourth tree. They got right to work and finished cutting the trees very quickly. Everything was cleaned up – every twig and leaf, plus they hauled away extra brush from behind the garage. They left the yard cleaner than they found it. The following Tuesday, Tony’s Dad ground the stump on the first tree and left us nice fresh mulch, which we put to good use. I didn’t realize until after the bill was paid and he had left that they didn’t charge us for the work on the fourth tree. I highly recommend Expert Tree – they are very professional and put customer service first. They’re our “tree guys” now!

Tony returned my call for an estimate and came on time. He came with a crew of 5 (on time) on the scheduled day and worked several hours. They worked fast and efficient. I can’t say enough about the quality and neatness of the job! Tony and his crew are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HARD WORKERS with nice personalities. They will be back again in the fall to band the oak tree and do more tree trimming for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the Expert Tree Service if you need any tree or yard work job…large or small. They finished up the job by sweeping the street and neighbors area too! Price was VERY REASONABLE for such quality work!!!!!

Tony left a door hanger. I checked him out on Angie’s list, saw he had a good review, and gave him a call. He was over within a week to look at the site/work and promptly followed up with the estimate. I called him back to let him know we’d like his help and he promptly returned my call and scheduled a time for the next week. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and did the work. While here he noted he had a supplemental recommendation for preservation of our tree and quoted me a discounted price. We accepted the recommendation and his crews had the additional work done within the following week. Tony and his crew are professional and delivered good work. We’d definitely work with him again.

My wife and I had a couple quotes for a number of trees on our property (a 60′ walnut, a 20′ elm, and three 15′ alley trees). We received a flyer on our door from Expert Tree Service, and called to request a quote. Within two days, we received a quote that was far below the others in the Metro. They responded to our emails within a day’s time, and were very accommodating to our requests of how to utilize some of the wood (for firewood and lumber), even after we went back and forth a few times on what we wanted to do with them. They cleaned up very well, and made quick and impressive work of our trees. They were very professional in their approach to felling the trees in their execution and attention to safety. I have already recommended them to a number of friends looking for tree removal.
